TJC Golfer Signs With Oral Roberts University

Tyler Junior College golfer Chris Beall signed a scholarship with Oral Roberts University today.  

Beall, a sophomore from Jacksonville who attended Brook Hill High School, was ranked in the top five nationally all season. He finished the year ranked at #5 in the country, and played at nationals both years he attended TJC.

 “I’m proud for Chris,” TJC Head Golf Coach Sandy Terry said. “They’ve got a great program, and he’ll have the opportunity to play lots of good courses in college.” 

Beall is the third member of TJC’s men’s golf team to sign a scholarship this season, joining Stephen Knight (San Diego State) and Trey McNeill (Louisiana Tech).
