COACHING EXPERIENCE: Compiled a 199-42-5
record in eleven seasons at Meridian Community College and Tyler Junior
College (53-10-1 in three years). He has led teams to four national
tournaments, and won the national championship in 2000. He was
also named National Coach of the Year in 2000. Clements' teams
have won ten region and four district championships. He was
named Region 23 Coach of the Year in 1996, 1998, 2000, 2001, and
2003, and District Coach of the Year in 1997, 1999, 2000, and 2001.
Coach Clements has coached 16 All-Americans, 29 All-District
players, and 9 players who have gone on to play professional soccer. He also serves as the president of the National
Junior College Soccer Coaches Association and is a member of the NJCAA Ranking and All-American Committees.

Marshall University, WV; All-American 1995 and 1996 at Meridian
Community College.
PERSONAL: Josue graduated from Rummel High
School in Metairie, Louisiana, received his AA degree from Meridian
CC in Meridian, Mississippi, and his Business degree from Marshall
University in Huntington, WV. He and his wife, Andrea, live in
Tyler.

PERSONAL: Paul graduated from Flour Bluff
High School in Corpus Christi; received kinesiology degree from SFA.
NCSAA Goalkeeper License Level I & II; NSCAA Advanced Regional; USSF
National D License. Paul and his wife, Meredith, live in Flint.
