The Apache soccer team has a thirteen year history of playing at the NJCAA Division 1 men’s soccer level. The teams consistently have been ranked in the top twenty. Tyler Junior College has proudly tallied eighteen All Americans and nine Academic All Americans. Several players have been named to the All Tournament Teams selected at the NJCAA Division 1 Men’s National Championships Tournaments in which the Apaches participated. The teams have numerous NSCAA All South players. Players from the program transfer to four year colleges and universities to continue their soccer and academic careers.
